Let’s face it — not everything in life goes as planned. While perfection isn’t always possible, your happiness always is. We want you to be 100% thrilled with your Daymaker experience, and we’re here to make things right if your order arrives less than perfect.

We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but we’re happy to refund or replace any item that arrives damaged.

How it Works

  1. Email us at info@daymakergifts.net within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include photos of both the damaged item(s) and the shipping box.

  3. Let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement.

Once we receive and review your photos, you’ll get an email confirmation.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Replacements will ship to your original address within 7–10 business days.

✨ Because each Daymaker Gift is uniquely curated, exact replacements may vary — but we’ll do our best to honor your original order with equal care and value.
