To ensure a seamless and satisfying experience, we have established the following payment policy for orders with quantities of 10 or more:

1. A 50% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking:

  • For orders with quantities of 10 or more, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is due at the time of booking.
  • This deposit secures your order and allows us to initiate the production and customization process.

2. Final Payment Due at Time of Delivery:

  • The remaining 50% of the total order value is due at the time of delivery.
  • Our delivery team will provide you with an invoice, and payment is due at time of delivery unless otherwise discussed with our delivery team. 

3. Payment Methods:

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and company checks. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your preferred payment option.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable in the event of order cancellation. Cancellations made within 2 weeks before the scheduled delivery date may be subject to additional fees. Our team will work with you to address any cancellation concerns.
