Corporate Order & Payment Policies
To ensure a smooth process and on-time delivery, the following policies apply to orders of 10 or more gifts:

50% Non-Refundable Deposit at Booking
Secures your order and allows us to begin production and customization. -
Final Payment Due at Delivery
Remaining balance is due upon delivery unless prior arrangements are made. -
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit cards, cash, and company checks are accepted. -
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within two weeks of delivery may incur additional fees. -
