Even though perfect isn't always an option, we do want you to be 100% happy with your experience. We are always looking for ways to improve and make your day better. If your purchase arrived less than perfect, please let us know what happened.
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but we are happy to refund or replace any item that arrives damaged.
Refund / Replace:
If any of your items were damaged in transit, please send photos of both the damaged item/s and the shipping box to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know if you would like the item refunded or replaced. Once the photos are received and inspected, we will send you back an email confirming that we have received the photos. If you are approved:
Refund - will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. If your refund does not appear on your bank statement within one billing cycle please contact us at email@example.com.
Replace - will be processed and the replacement of your damaged goods will be shipped to your original address within 7-10 business days.
