We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but we’re happy to refund or replace any item that arrives damaged.
How it Works

Email us at info@daymakergifts.net within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of both the damaged item(s) and the shipping box.

Let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement.
Once we receive and review your photos, you’ll get an email confirmation.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacements will ship to your original address within 7–10 business days.
