Shipping policy

Products and purchases leave our facility within 3-5 business days. Shipping rates and times vary based on type of shipping method chosen. We take great care in packing our gifts so that they arrive safely and on time, however, if you should receive an item that is damaged or broken, please see our Refund / Replace policy on our home page.  Or you can send pictures of damaged items to info@daymakergifts.net.
