My Sister’s Closet is a twice-yearly event hosted by Daymaker Gifts that brings affordability, confidence, and community together under one roof. Each fall and spring, we transform our space into a beautiful, joy-filled shopping experience—offering new and gently used formalwear for just $20, $25, or $30.

Originally inspired by a desire to give a second life to the prom and homecoming dresses in my own daughters’ closets, this event has grown into a community-wide effort to lift others up in small but meaningful ways. Whether it’s a dress for Homecoming, Prom, a special event, or just a chance to feel beautiful—My Sister’s Closet makes it possible.

🎁 Support the Cause Year-Round
We gladly accept donations of formal, semi-formal, bridesmaid, and cocktail dresses, as well as shoes and accessories year-round. Whether it’s one dress or ten, your donation can help someone feel celebrated and seen. Drop-offs are welcome anytime during regular business hours at:

Each season, a portion of proceeds is donated to local scholarships, youth programs, or community initiatives, and we’re proud to support causes that make a real difference in our corner of the world.

→ $5 per time slot — 100% of fees donated to local After Prom efforts.
