Small Business Saturday is the Super Bowl of shopping season, and we’re thrilled you’re interested in joining us! This form is the first step to apply for our Vendor Event. Once you submit your info, we’ll follow up by email with the full application + details on how to secure your spot.

How to Apply

Please fill out your contact info below, and in the Message Box include the following:

• Business Name

• Social Media Handles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

• What you sell (short description)

• Have you vended with us before? (Yes/No)

• Do you have a State of Colorado Sales Tax License? (Yes/No)

📸 You’ll be asked to send photos of your products/booth setup and State of Colorado Sales Tax License (if you have one) when we follow up by email.

👉 Next Steps:
Once we receive your form, we’ll email you the full vendor application with instructions to submit photos, your sales tax info, and booth preferences. If approved, you’ll get a contract + invoice to finalize your space.
