  2. Include photos of both the damaged item(s) and the shipping box.

  3. Let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement.

Once we receive and review your photos, you’ll get an email confirmation.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Replacements will ship to your original address within 7–10 business days.
